you have a Forum of hundreds of knowledgeable people at your service for Tech help, not to mention the Tech articles specific to pulling the plenum, and the hundreds of answered questions on that very topic in Search. Heck, I would have sent you a few photos of my own plenum pull if you were to get stuck while pulling it. And if you're really that inexperienced, you could have asked/begged some locals for help. That dealer just swooped in for the kill because you got lazy.
